My StartSSL were expired in Dec 30, 2012 and I forgot to renew it :p
I just have time to renew it at Dec 31, 2012 with the new key and new csr. And after submitting the csr to StartSSL I got the certificate only a few seconds after it.. Thanks StartSSL
The new SSL will be expired in January 1, 2014 with the creation date Dec 31, 2012.
Nginx installation tutorial in the StartSSL website is not working on my vps installation, so I just download the .p12 from the StartSSL and convert it to .pem by using online SSL Converter from Sslshopper
You can also convert your .p12 to .pem by your own way 🙂

Next, I just restarted the nginx and the new SSL installation is complete
